Shipping

Shipping costs are $3.95 for each package, unless expedited shipping is requested. In that case, regular postal rates will apply. We ship orders received within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Typically you will get your order within 5 business days of placing it (US customers). Our standard shipping method is USPS priority.

Whenever possible, we use recycled materials to pack and ship our products. We feel that it helps keep our packing prices low and reduces the amount of refuse that goes into the garbage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Every piece of our jewelry comes with a 30 day guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials. We have a 14 day, no-questions-asked return policy for jewelry or any of our gift items Jewelry and gift item returns can be exchanged, refunded or held on account as credit.

We believe in your complete satisfaction, and in the quality of our products. Items must be returned in original condition, and accompanied by packing slip. A store credit will be issued for any items, in original condition, returned after 14 days of purchase or without a packing slip.

In the event that items are damaged during shipping, they will be fully insured by our shipping provider and the customer will receive a replacement product straightaway.

ToZion's number one policy is customer satisfaction. We care about our products and value the importance of strong customer relationships.

Privacy and Security

The ToZion website uses Authorize.net as its chosen security provider. All orders placed online are fully protected by a superior 128 bit encryption system. This ensures all payment information is kept confidential and fully secured over the internet.

Additionally, ToZion does not share any personal information with third parties. We take security very seriously and understand the growing importance of taking the necessary precautions to prevent internet theft. We want our customers to feel safe and protected while shopping our site.

Availability

Due to the proprietary and seasonal nature of our merchandise, many items on our site are only offered for a limited period of time. When an item is no longer available we make every attempt to remove from the site immediately. If an item is currently on back order, we make every attempt to include this information with the item on the site. Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. The actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
